| 摘 要： | 为贯彻军委“从严治军”要求，加强军队医院军队住院伤病员的管理，我们开发了与“军卫一号”数据库有机结合的军队住院伤病员管理系（APMS），它主要是针对军队医院在新形势下对军队住院伤病员实施行的行政管理。本文主要介绍了系统的功能特点与软件设计的方法。着重论述了基于Delphi的功能模块设计与实现过程。

| Abstract: | To maintain strict army discipline that is ordered by Central Committee and to enforce management of inpatient army in military hospitals, we have developed this application which named APMS(Army Patients Management System). It combines with the database of No.1 Military Medical Project organically and mainly aims at how to manage army inpatient by military hospitals timely and conveniently in the new time. This paper introduces the system functions and the methods of design software. The design of function-modules and the process of implement with Delphi are proposed. |
