摘    要:目的:疼痛模型是否具有寒热属性的探讨.方法:分别采用体温、利血平、肾上腺素、阿托品、优甲乐、不同地板温度为影响因素,观察不同批次小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法痛阈的相关性.结果:该6个方面对疼痛模型的寒、热属性无明显相关.结论:在本实验条件下,热板法、醋酸扭体法疼痛模型的寒、热属性尚不能确认.

Abstract:Objective:Explore whether there is hot or cold property in pain model. Methods:Respectively take body temperature, reserpine, adrenalin, atropine, Youguole, different hot plates as influencing factors, observe the relativity of rats' body temperature and the pain tolerance induced by hot plate and acetic acid twisting method.Result: The pain model in 6 aspects has no marked relation with hot or cold property. Conclusion:Under this experimental condition, it still can not define the hot and cold property for the pain model caused by hot plate and acetic acid twisting method.
