| 摘 要： | 目的观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术围术期加强心理护理的效果。方法将我院收治的69例肾损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组34例患者采用常规护理,观察组35例患者在常规护理的基础上加强心理干预,比较分析两组的护理效果。结果两组患者手术均成功,且手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗护理后两组患者的焦虑及抑郁得分均低于治疗护理前(P<0.05),观察组患者的改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术患者在常规护理的基础上加强心理干预,可以明显改善患者的心理状态,有利于患者康复,值得临床关注。
