| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨性病患者的心理健康状况,为临床治疗和护理提供依据.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100例性病患者的心理健康状况进行测验.结果 100例性病患者SCL-90检测的阳性率为51%:100例性病患者SCL-90躯体化、人际关系、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均高于国内常模;性病患者的心理问题无性别差异.结论 性病患者存在广泛的心理问题,在药物治疗的同时应注重心理方面的治疗和疏导.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental health status of sexually transmitted disease(STD) patients so as to provide the bases for clinical treatment and nursing.Methods SCL-90 was applied to 100 STD patients for the investigation of their mental health status.Result The positive rate was 51% in the 100 STD patients and their scores of somatization,interpersonal susceptivity,obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychotic symptoms were higher than those in the domestic normals;no gender dif... |
