| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨奥硝唑氯化钠注射液联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法 将128例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,对照组采用甲硝唑、阿奇霉素静脉点滴,观察组采用奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、阿奇霉素静脉点滴同时根据中医辨证加用中药保留灌肠.结果 观察组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为84.4%.观察组的治愈率和总有效率均高于时照组(P<0.05),观察组的疗效明显优于对照组.结论 中西药联合治疗慢性盆腔炎明显提高疗效,值得临床推广应用.
