| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸部撞击伤合并急性失血性休克心肺损伤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法对我院2009年3月至2010年6月收治胸部撞击伤合并急性出血性休克心肺损伤患者26例进行回顾性分析,探讨早期诊断和治疗方法。结果休克复苏成功24例,死亡2例,其中1例死于重度颅脑损伤,1例死于严重脾破裂和严重腹腔脏器损伤。结论整体系统化治疗胸部撞击伤合并休克心肺损伤患者,可有效提高救治率和生活质量。
