对称性牙隐裂临床治疗与预防措施研究

目的 探讨牙隐裂对称性的临床key和预防措施.方法 回顾性分析2005年2月至2009年1月就诊的73例患者(75颗患牙)的临床资料,对牙隐裂的发生部位及可能诱因进行分析.结果 第一磨牙的牙隐裂发生率明显高于第二磨牙及双尖牙;75颗患牙中治疗成功61颗,占81.33%;有效9颗,占12%;失败5颗,占6.67%.结论 牙隐裂的诱因可能包括不当的咬合力、高尖陡斜面、重度磨损、牙髓坏死、牙体修复治疗.牙隐裂对称性发生率很高,预防性调牙合及口腔保健指导是预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效方法.

Clinical Treatment of Symmetric Cracked-teeth and the Preventive Measures
