| 摘 要： | 目的: 采用GC-MS分析容县八角叶挥发油的化学成分。 方法: 采用超声波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法快速提取容县八角叶挥发油,并通过GC-MS联用技术对挥发油中成分进行分析鉴定。 结果: 八角叶挥发油得率为1.65%,采用面积归一化法对挥发油成分进行定量分析,共鉴定出35个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.06%。 结论: 容县八角叶挥发油主要成分为反式茴香脑(71.69%),草蒿脑(5.00%),α-蒎烯(3.52%),顺式茴香脑(2.86%),丁香烯(1.56%),柠檬烯(1.37%),芳樟醇(1.29%)。
