摘    要:<正> 1986~1990年我院共行剖宫产术3576例,采用小剂量氯胺酮、哌替啶静脉复合麻醉586例。本文对其中10例产妇动脉血、胎儿脐静脉血行血气分析,新生儿行Apgar评分,并与连硬法10例对比分析,现报告如下。 资料与方法 一、一般资料 20例产妇系ASA(美国麻醉医师协会评级标准)1级,胎心良好,随机分为静脉组、连硬组。术前两组产妇年龄、身高、体重、妊娠周数、血色素无显著差异,术前禁食4~12h,

The minor dose intravenous compound anesthesia of Ketamine and Pethioline in cesarean section
Abstract:In our hospital it has been already adopted with this method in cesarean section since 1986. Through the clinical observation from 586 cases, we learn that this method is reliable and has a rapid induction. If we choose patients strictly, there are no significant harmful effects on pureperas and foetuses. This method can be used both in emergency and ordinary cases of cesarean section. We survey 10 cases of the four targets in PO2,PCO2,PH,BE of the pureperas' arterial blood, and the same targets of ambilical veil blood. Meanwhile we also observe the blood gas change of these pureperas at pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia to prepar-turition and the finish of the operation. Adopting the Apgar mark to newborn babies, we observe the effects of the anesthesia on the pureperas and foetuses, and compare them with the CEA. The following two groups of data have no sighificant difference; PH, BE on pureperas, PO2, PCO2, PH, BE on foetuses. One and five minutes Apgar mark PaO2 of pureperas of two groups at post-anesthesia are all higher than that of pre-anesthesia. This is concerned in giving oxygen. Because Paco2 of pureperas of two groaps have sighificant difference , we compare the paco2 of pureperas themselves and find that there are significant differ-eace in the process of the anesthesia. PaCO2 of pre-anesthesia is 29. 5 + 0. 85. Paco2 of the post-anesthesia to pre-parturition is 38. 7+3. 4. Paco2 of the finish of the operation is 36.1+ 1.1. They are all higher than Paco2 of the pre-anesthesia. However, the rise of the Paco2 is within the normal range. The chang of PaCO2 has no harmful effects on the Acid Base balance of their blood.Moreover, the patients should be observed carefully, and the apparatus for rescue available.
