前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定手术治疗胸腰椎结核围手术期护理

目的：探讨经前路结核病灶清除、植骨融合、钛钢板内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者围手术期的护理和临床效果。方法：对16例胸腰椎结核病患者均进行结核病灶清除、植骨融合、钛钢板内固定术，术前施行心理护理、呼吸功能训练、加强营养支持；术后做好病情观察，病灶部位的充分引流及持续抗痨药物治疗，正确的体位护理，术后进行定期随访。结果：16例切口均一期愈合。9例胸腰脊柱后凸平均矫正10°。胸背及下肢疼痛症状消失，8例恢复正常活动和轻工作。结论：结核病灶清除、植骨融合、钢板内固定术是胸腰椎脊柱结核外科治疗有效的方法之一。手术大，并发症多，围手术期护理对保证手术成功起着非常重要的作用。

Perioperative Period Care of Anterior Focus Debridement with GraftBone Fusion and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebra Tuberculosis

Objective： To explore the perioperative period care and cliinical effects of thoracolumbar vertebra tuberculosis patients by anterior focus debridement with graft bone fusion and internal fixation. Methods： 16 cases of thoracolumbar vertebra tuberculosis were treated with anterior focus debridement with graft bone fusion and internal fixation. All patients were followed up. Results： All cases were healed without recurrence. The mean correction Cobb angle was 10° in 9 cases. 8 cases experienced disappearance of pain and came back to daily life. Conclusion： The treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra tuberculosis by anterior focus debridement with graft bone fusion and internal fixation is effective.
