蝙蝠葛果提取物对小鼠S180荷瘤的抑制作用及耐缺氧作用

摘    要:目的]观察蝙蝠葛果提取物对移植性小鼠S 180荷瘤肿瘤生长及耐缺氧的影响.方法]建立移植性小鼠S 180肉瘤模型,随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、蝙蝠葛果提取物大、小剂量(500,250 mg/kg)组.将不同剂量的蝙蝠葛果提取物灌胃给予荷瘤小鼠10 d后,停药1 d,次日处死,计算肿瘤抑制率,称取胸腺及脾脏质量;检测灌胃给予蝙蝠葛果提取物后小鼠的耐缺氧存活时间.结果]蝙蝠葛果提取物大剂量组小鼠S 180荷瘤质量明显减轻,肿瘤抑制率为40.7%,并且胸腺质量显著高于对照组;蝙蝠葛果提取物大、小剂量组小鼠耐缺氧存活时间均明显延长.结论]蝙蝠葛果提取物对S 180荷瘤小鼠具有抑制肿瘤的生长及耐缺氧作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo study the functions of tumor inhibition and toleration anoxia of the extract of Menispermum Dahuricum fruits(MDF) for the transplanted S-180 bearing cancer in mice.METHODSS-180 sarcoma transplanted models in mice were established and randomly divided into the model group,cyclophosphamide group and large,small dose of extraction(500,250mg/kg) of MDF groups.The different concentration of MDF extraction was administrated by oral to S-180 bearing cancer in mice for 10 day and stoped administration for 1 day,and then the mice was sacrificed next day to calculate rate of inhibiting tumor growth and ratio of thymus gland and spleen and examine the survival time of toleration anoxia.RESULTSThe weight of S-180 bearing cancer in mice was obviously reduced in group of large dose of MDF extraction,the rate of inhibiting tumor growth was 40.7%,the index of thymus gland was higher in MDF extraction group than in the model control group,and the survival time of toleration anoxia extended in groups of MDF extraction.CONCLUSIONThe extraction of MDF has the function of inhibiting tumor growth and toleration anoxia in the S-180 bearing cancer in mice.
