| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨羊膜移植在眼重度碱烧伤中的应用价值。方法：33例（39眼）单纯应用羊膜移植术，3例（3眼）联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术，随访6－19月，结果：所有病例全部眼表重建成功，无炎症，排斥、新生血管或睑球粘连发生。结论：羊膜移植是眼重度碱烧伤重建眼表的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigation on clinical application of amniotic graft in treating severe ocular alkali burns.Methods 33 cases (39 eyes) of amniotic graft and 3 cases (3 eyes) of amniotic graft combined with corneal limbal stem cell.All the patients were followed up for 6-19 months.Results The ocular surfaces were successfully built in all the cases.No inflammatory reaction,rejection,new vascularization and symblepharon was found.Conclusion Amniotic graft is an effective method in treating severe ocular alkali burns. |
