| 摘 要： | 6例输尿管结石患者,经切开取石术后并发大出血,血尿的特点为血尿→缓解→血尿;5例经膀胱镜检查,均见输尿管喷血尿。插管引流3例,手术治疗2例,均治愈。对术前处理,术中操作及术后护理等问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Six patients with uretcral calculi underwent urcterolithotomy, a postoperative complication of urcterorrhagia setting in.Haematuria bore the characteristic ofblood in the urine-spontaneous remission of blood in the urine-blood in the urine".Cystoscopy was performed in 5 patients with a discovery of jets of haematuria spurting out of their ureters.Two of them underwent tube drainage and three obtained the operative treatment, being healed up nicely. The questions such as preoperative handling, while-operative operating and postoperative nursing, etc.are discussed. |
