泰安市男女青少年营养知识、态度、行为现状对比研究

目的 了解泰安市男女青少年学生营养知识、态度和行为情况,为制定不同的营养教育和干预措施提供依据.方法 采取整群抽样,采用自行设计的青少年营养知识、态度与行为调查表（KAP问卷）和“中国青少年健康危险行为调查问卷”,对泰安市在校的1148名青少年学生进行问卷调查.结果 泰安市青少年营养知识普遍缺乏,对于《中国居民膳食指南》的了解情况还是很不理想,男女青少年在营养知识了解方面存在明显差异,营养知识获得途径有性别差异;女性青少年对营养知识感兴趣的要多;如果掌握了正确的营养知识,而平时饮食不太合理,女性青少年愿意改变不良的饮食行为的要多于男生;许多营养行为方面有性别差异.结论 泰安市男女青少年在营养知识、态度和行为方面存在差异,在营养教育方面应实行个别化教育.

The comparative research of knowledge,attitude and practice of nutrition among the male and female adolescent students in Taian

Objective： To provide the evidence for how to develop education of nutrition and how to intervene through the knowledge, attitude and practice of nutrition the adolescent students have. Methods：Questionnaire survey was given to 1148 adolescent students in Taian city, who were sampled from the whole cluster. We used two questionnaires, one of which is nutrition questionnaire （ KAP questionnaire） of knowledge, attitude and practice and the other is questionnaire of Chinese adolescent students＇healthy and dangerous behavior. Results：In Taian city, the adolescent students lacked in nu- trition knowledge and they knew little about Chinese Dietary Guidelines. The nutrition knowledge they had and the way they obtained the knowledge were different between boy adolescent students and girl. Girl adolescent students were more interest- ed in nutrition knowledge. At the same time, more girl adolescent students would like to correct their bad dietary behaviors if they had the right nutrition knowledge. There was gender difference in nutritional practice. Conclusion：In Taian city, girl adolescent students and boys have difference in knowledge, attitude and practice of nutrition, so we should give different nutritional education to different students.
