肝气郁结对雄性大鼠精子质量的影晌

目的：观察肝气郁结对雄性大鼠精子质量的影响，为临床从肝论治男性不育奠定一定的实验基础。方法：Wistar雄性大鼠40只，随机分正常组、模型组、五子衍宗丸组、逍遥丸组，每组10只。采用夹尾激怒法复制大鼠肝气郁结模型，造模完成后各组给予相应的处理，14天后观察各组大鼠睾丸和附睾脏器系数、精液参数、睾丸组织形态学等各项指标的变化。结果：与正常组比较，模型组大鼠精子数量、精子活率明显降低，精子畸形率明显升高；与模型组比较，逍遥丸组大鼠精子数量及精子活率显著升高（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），精子畸形率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。光镜观察，模型组大鼠较正常组大鼠呈现生精细胞排列疏松，生精细胞脱离基底部，支持细胞和生精细胞核染色质凝聚成絮状，管腔内精子减少；逍遥丸组大鼠睾丸曲细精管形状规整，生精上皮细胞排列紧密，管腔内有生精细胞，与模型组比较有显著改善；五子衍宗丸组改善不明显。结论：肝气郁结对大鼠精液参数、睾丸组织形态有一定影响，逍遥丸对其有明显的干预作用。

Effects of Liver - Qi Stagnation on Sperm Quafity of Male Rats

Objective： To observe the effects of liver - qi stagnation on sperm quality of male rats to lay exper- imental basis for treating male aciesis through liver theory. Methods：40 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups with 10 in each： normal group, model group, Wuzi yanzong pill group, and Xiaoyao pill group. Rats＇ model with liver- qi stagnation was induced by the method of ＂Clamps tail methed＂. After the successful establishment of the model, groups of rats were given corresponding treatment. The changes of testicu- lar and epididymal viscera coefficients, semen parameters and testicular tissue morphology of rats were observed after 14 days. Results： To compared with normal group, the number of sperm and the rate of sperm motility were significantly decreased in model group and the rate of sperm deformity significantly increased. To compared with model group, the number of sperms and the rate of sperm motility significantly increased in Xiaoyao pill group （ P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ）, the rate of sperm deformity was not significantly changed （P 〉0. 05 ）. Under the light mi- croscope, compared with normal group, the rats in the model group demonstrated looser arrangement of spermato- genic cells, spermatogenie cells departed from basal parts, chromatin of sertoli cells and spermatogenic cell nu- dens condensed into floccule, sperms in lumens decreased; compared with model group, contorted seminiferous tubules in rats of Xiaoyao pill group demonstrated regular appearance, the seminiferous epithelium cells align compact, and there were spermatogenic cells in lumens, showing significant improvement. There was no signifi- cant improvement in rats of Wuzi yanzong pill group. Conclusions： Liver - qi stagnation can affect semen pa- rameters, testieular tissue morphology of rats.
