综合治疗儿童弱视30例疗效观察

目的评估儿童弱视治疗的疗效。方法弱视患儿30例(48眼)。治疗前,进行常规远、近视力检查,散瞳后检查并判定弱视的类型、程度、注视性质。采用准确验光配戴眼镜法、光学药物压抑疗法、遮盖疗法,同时辅以穴位按摩及精细目力训练等方法进行综合治疗。结果30例弱视视力均有不同程度的提高,轻度弱视的治愈率84.62%,中度弱视的治愈率76.0%,重度弱视的治愈率20.0%。结论儿童弱视治疗的疗效与患者的弱视类型、程度、注视性质、年龄、规范治疗、疗程及患者对治疗的依从性有密切关系。

Observation of efficacy of combined therapy for 30 cases of amblyopia in children

Objective To assess the efficiency of treatment of children with amblyopia.Methods Thirty children(48 eyes) with amblyopia were observed.Before the treatment,routine examination of distant and near vision were performed.After mydriasis ,the types,degrees ,properties of fixation of amblyopia were detected and judged.They were performed with combined treatment including exact optometry for matching glasses,optical medicine penalization and occlusion therapy,as well as combination of point massage exact dyesight training.Results Eyesight of 30 patients with amblyopia was improved more or less.Curative rate of light,moderate and severe amblyopia was 84.62%, 76.0% and 20.0% respectively.Conclusion The effects of treatment of amblyopia in children are correlated closely with types,degrees,properties of fixation ,ages,standard therapy,course of treatment and the dependence of the patients.
