| 摘 要： | 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶 - 2和基质金属蛋白酶 - 9( matrix metalloproteinase,MMP- 2、MMP- 9)的 m RNA在脑膜瘤中的表达及其脑浸润性的关系。方法 应用原位杂交法检测了 44例脑膜瘤组织中MMP- 2 m RNA和 MMP- 9m RNA的表达。结果 MMP- 2 m RNA和 MMP- 9m RNA的表达与脑膜瘤的脑浸润、瘤周水肿及组织学类型相关 ;脑浸润与瘤周水肿关系密切 ( P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 MMP- 2 m RNA和MMP- 9m RNA对脑膜瘤的脑浸润、瘤周水肿的形成有重要影响

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2mRNA and MMP-9mRNA in meningiomas and their correlate to brain invasion,peritumoral edema.Methods The expression of MMP-2mRNA and MMP-9mRNA in 44 patients with meningiomas were detected by in situs hybridization.Results The expression of MMP-2mRNA and MMP-9mRNA were correlated to brain invasion,peritumoral edema and pathological types of meningiomas;there was significant relationship between brain invasion and peritumoral edema (P<0.005).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2mRNA and MMP-9mRNA are critical to brain invasion and peritumoral edema of meningiomas. |
