双枚钛合金加压空心钉经皮内固定治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

目的 探讨双枚钛合金加压空心钉治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效.方法 2002年1月～2003年6月对75岁以上高龄股骨颈骨折患者11例,施行C臂机监视下闭合复位双枚钛合金加压空心钉经皮内固定术.结果 10例患者平均随访2年以上,随访结果参照赵氏髋关节功能评定标准:10例均获得满意疗效,其中8例局部疼痛症状完全消失,患肢活动功能好;2例局部轻微疼痛,患肢活动较好,均恢复了生活自理能力;1例于术后6个月因其他疾病发作死亡.结论 闭合复位双枚钛合金加压空心钉经皮内固定治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者,疗效确切,提高了高龄患者的生活质量和生命价值,不失为一种理想的治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的方法.

Percutaneous minitraumatic internal fixation by two compressive hollow titanium alloy screws to treat senile femoral neck fracture patients

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of treatment of senile femoral neck fracture(FNF) by two titanium alloy compressive hollow screws.Methods Closed reduction under C-arm monitoring and percutaneous minitraumatic internal fixation by two compressive hollow titanium alloy screws were applied in 11 senile FNF patients more than 75 years old from January 2002 to June 2003.Results Ten cases were followed up for more than 2 year whose hip function was assessed by Zhao's criterion.All patients' curative effect was satisfactory.The local pain of 8 cases disappeared completely and the function of affected extremity was good.There was local light pain in 2 cases,but the activation of affected extremity was good.They all regained self-care ability.One cases died from other diseases during 6 months after operation.Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous minitraumatic internal fixation by two compressive hollow titanium alloy screws to treat senile(FNF) patients have good curative effect.The life quality and value of senile FNF patients may be improved.This is an ideal treatment of senile FNF patients.
