沙美特罗联合氟替卡松吸入治疗急性哮喘的临床观察

目的:观察沙美特罗联合氟替卡松吸入支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果。方法:共有108例支气管哮喘患者参加研究。患者随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(54例),两组常规治疗方法相同,观察组给予沙美特罗联合氟替卡松吸入,对照组给予异丙托溴铵联合氟替卡松吸入,以严重哮喘恶化作为主要研究终点,次要终点为因症状加重需要使用皮质激素、症状恶化及FEV1改变。结果:观察组治愈率、缓解喘憋及缩短哮鸣音持续时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。明显哮喘恶化(需要全身激素治疗)两组相似,两组患者治疗前后比较FEV1均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗联合氟替卡松吸入治疗支气管哮喘有显著效果,较异丙托溴铵联合氟替卡松吸入效果更优。

The Clinical Effect of Inhaled Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate to Treat Acute Asthma

Objective:To observe the effect of salmeterol combined inhaled fluticasone in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 108 cases of b patients with bronchial asthma to participate in the study.Patients were randomly divided into the observative group(54 cases) and control group(n=54),the two group treated by conventional methods,the observative group to give inhaled salmeterol and fluticasone,the control group was given ipratropium bromide combined with inhaled fluticasone,the primary study endpoints were asthma deterioration and the secondary endpoints were symptoms exacerbations requires the use of corticosteroids,or worsening of symptoms and FEV1 changes.Results:The cure rate,relieving asthmatic wheeze and shorten the duration of observative group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Apparent worsening of asthma(the need for systemic hormone therapy) was similar in the two groups,FEV1 of two groups patients compared in before and after treatment were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmeterol and fluticasone inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma has a significant effect,with ipratropium bromide combined with inhaled fluticasone is better.
