| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法:选取我院收治的70例重型颅脑损伤患者,分为干预组和对照组各35例:对照组在抢救后进行常规护理;干预组在常规护理的基础上进行早期护理干预。结果:干预组患者1级恢复率为58.3%,住院时间为(24.56±5.13)天,并发症发生率为5.8%;干预组患者1级恢复率为38.2%,住院时间为(37.78±7.69)天,并发症发生率为31.6%,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者的预后有至关重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the early nursing intervention for patients with severe traumatic brain injury prognosis.Methods:70 cases admitted to hospital with severe head injury patients,divided into intervention group and control group 35 cases:the control group after the rescue routine care;intervention in the routine care group on the basis of early care and intervention.Results:The intervention group patients a recovery rate of 58.3%,length of stay was(24.56±5.13)days,the complication rate was 5.8%;intervention group patients a recovery rate of 38.2%,length of stay was(37.78±7.690 days,complications rate was 31.6%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury of critical importance. |
