腹腔镜直肠癌手术45例临床疗效观察

目的:观察腹腔镜直肠癌手术的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的90例直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用腹腔镜直肠癌手术,对照组采用开腹直肠癌手术,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、平均住院时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术中手术时间、术后肛门排气时间明显短于对照组,P<0.01,两组对比有显著差异;观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,P<0.01,两组比较,差异有统计学意义;且观察组患者术后住院时间明显较短,术后并发症较对照组明显减少,P<0.01,两组比较差异显著。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌手术临床疗效显著,值得推广使用。

The Clinical Efficacy Observation of 45 Cases of Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods:Randomly divided 90 cases of patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group,the observation group received laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery,the control group received open rectal cancer surgery,observed the operative time,amount of bleeding intraoperative、postoperative anal exhaust time、average time of hospital stay and postoperative complications.Results:The intraoperative operative time,postoperative anal exhaust time of the observation group was significant shorter than the control group,P<0.01,there were significant differences between two groups compared;The amount of bleeding intraoperative of the observation group was significant less than the control group,P<0.01,there were significant differences between two groups compared;And the time of postoperative hospital stay of the observation group was significant shorter,compared with the control group,postoperative complications of the observation group reduced significantly,P<0.01,there were significant differences between two groups compared.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery is significant,worthy of widely application.
