抗血小板与抗凝治疗预防非瓣膜性心房颤动缺血性卒中的疗效分析

目的:探讨抗凝药物联合抗血小板药物预防非瓣膜性心房颤动缺血性卒中的疗效,以供临床参考使用。方法:将我院2009年9月~2011年1月收治的非瓣膜性心房颤动的患者180例随机分为三组,每组60例。抗血小板组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,抗凝组患者给予华法林治疗,联合组给予阿司匹林联合华法林治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果:随访患者1年,联合组患者在1年内发生次要终点事件和主要终点事件均低于抗血小板组患者和抗凝组患者,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用抗血小板与抗凝治疗预防非瓣膜性心房颤动缺血性卒中具有较好的效果,值得在临床应用。

Antiplatelet and Anticoagulant Therapy to Prevent Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation in Ischemic Stroke Clinical Analysis

Objective:To investigate the joint anti-platelet drugs anticoagulant drugs to prevent non-valvular atrial fibrillation treatment of ischemic stroke for clinical reference.Methods:The hospital in September 2009~January 2011 treated patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation 180 cases were randomly divided into three groups of 60 cases.Patients given aspirin antiplatelet therapy,anticoagulation in patients given warfarin therapy,the joint group was given aspirin warfarin therapy,compared three groups of patient outcomes.Results:Patients were followed up 1 year,patients in the combined secondary endpoint events occurred within 1 year and the primary endpoint events in patients were lower than anti-platelet and anticoagulant patients,the statistical analysis,P<0.05,significant difference.Conclusion:The use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy to prevent non-valvular atrial fibrillation of ischemic stroke with good results,in clinical application.
