激活蛋白-1在子宫腺肌症中的表达及意义

目的:探讨激活蛋白-1(AP-1)在子宫腺肌症(AM)中的表达及意义。方法:收集40例AM病人异位内膜及其在位内膜组织(增殖期22例、分泌期18例)以及30例正常子宫内膜组织(增殖期17例、分泌期13例),采用免疫组织化学的方法检测上述组织中AP-1组成成分c-jun的表达情况。结果:(1)异位内膜组与正常内膜组比较:c-jun表达[组织化学评分(H-SCORE):(3.2040±0.3195)分]高于正常内膜组[(2.5700±0.1695)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)在位内膜组与正常内膜组比较:c-jun表达[(3.1775±0.3090)分]高于正常内膜组[(2.5700±0.1695)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)异位内膜组与在位内膜组比较:两者c-jun表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.570)。结论:与正常子宫内膜相比,AM患者的异位内膜和在位内膜AP-1表达增高,AP-1与AM发生发展有着密切的关系。

Expression and Significance of Active Protein-1 in Adenomyosis

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of active protein-1 in adenomyosis.Methods:A total of 40 cases of adenomyosis with their corresponding ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium(22 cases of proliferation phase and 18 cases of secretary phase) and 30 cases of normal endometrium(17 cases of proliferation phase and 13 cases of secretary phase) were included.The routine two-steps immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expressions of c-jun(the part of AP-1).Results:(1)Ectopic endometrium group VS normal endometrium group:the expression c-jun [histochemistry score(H-Score):(3.2040±0.3195)]were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium group[(2.5700±0.1695),P<0.01].(2)Eutopic endometrium group VS normal endometrium group:the expression of c-jun[(3.1775±0.3090)]were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium group[(2.5700±0.1695),P<0.01].(3)Ectopic endometrium group VS eutopic endometrium group:the significant difference was not seen between them on the expression of c-jun(P=0.570).Conclusion:Compared whit those in normal endometrium,c-jun predominantly expressed in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of patients with adenomyosis,AP-1 may play an important role in the development of adenomyosis.
