MSCT联合CTU在肾尿路梗阻的诊断临床研究

目的:探讨MSCT联合CTU在肾尿路梗阻的诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择泌尿系梗阻患者51例,所有患者均行静脉肾盂造影(IVP)及MSCT、CTU检查。比较两种检查方法对泌尿系梗阻病因的诊断情况。结果:①尿路梗阻MSCT及CTU图像均表现为病变部位尿路狭窄,呈截断征、鸟嘴样或渐进性狭窄,其近端不同程度扩张。②泌尿系梗阻的病因有结石28例、肿瘤9例,泌尿系畸形6例,炎症8例,MSCT联合MRU对泌尿系梗阻病因的诊断符合率为100%,显著高于IVP的70.6%(P<0.01)。结论:MSCT及CTU具有很高的时间、空间和密度分辨率,能够为临床工作提供清晰、准确、直观的影像,具有很高的应用价值。

Clinical Study of MSCT Combined CTU in the Diagnosis of Renal Urinary Tract Obstruction

Objective:To explore the application value of MSCT combined CTU in the diagnosis of renal urinary tract obstruction.Methods:51 patients with urinary tract obstruction were chosen,all patients underwent intravenous urography(IVP) and of MSCT,the CTU examination.the detection of the cause of urinary obstruction of two methods were compared.Results:①MSCT and CTU image showed a narrow urinary tract lesions,truncated levy,narrow beak-like or progressive proximal expansion.②the cause of urinary obstruction including 28 cases stones,9 cases tumor,6 cases urinary tract malformations and 8 cases inflammation,the diagnosis rate of MSCT and MRU was 100%,significantly higher than IVP(70.6%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:MSCT and CTU have high temporal,spatial and density resolution,can provide clear,accurate and intuitive images for clinical work,has a high value.
