纳洛酮治疗重度窒息新生儿疗效分析

目的:探讨纳洛酮治疗新生儿重度窒息的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的84例重度窒息新生儿随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组患儿给予常规复苏治疗,观察组在此基础上加用纳洛酮,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿治疗后5minApgar评分为(7.2±1.6分),10minApgar评分为(9.7±1.9)分,均高于对照组的(5.8±1.1)分和(8.2±1.3)分,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组42例患儿经治疗后,总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组的85.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给重度窒息新生儿早期使用纳洛酮能显著改善患儿缺氧、窒息的症状,降低病死率,具有很大的临床应用价值。

Curative Effect Analysis as for Severe Suffocate Babies Los Ketone

Objective:To study the treatment,los ketone heavy asphyxiation clinical curative effect.Methods:84 cases of severe were our hospital choking neonatal randomly divided into the observation group(n = 42) and the control group(n = 42),and the control group to conventional treatment of children of the recovery,the observation group based on this,add with los ketone,compared with two groups of children’s clinical curative effect.Results:The observation group of children of the treatment for five minApgar score of(7.2±1.6 分)points,10 minApgar score of(9.7±1.9) points,are higher than those in the control group(5.8±1.1)points and(8.2±1.3) points,the difference between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group 42 cases after therapy,and the total effective rate was 95.2% higher than those in the control group,85.7% of the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To severe suffocate babies,early use testosterone can markedly improve los children hypoxia,choking symptoms,mortality,of great clinical application value.
