| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低分子肝素钙加硫酸镁对慢性肺心病心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法:将92例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者随机双盲法分为治疗组和对照组各46例,两组病人均给予吸氧、控制感染、止咳、平喘、改善心肺功能等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙和硫酸镁,14 d为一疗程,观察治疗前后血流变与临床表现的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率95.65%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素钙加硫酸镁治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭效果满意,是一种较理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate for chronic cor pulmonale,heart failure treatment effect.Methods:92 cases of chronic cor pulmonale,heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group the 46 cases,two groups are given oxygen cure,anti-infection,cough smoothing asthma improve heart function,the conventional treatment,the treatment group based on routine treatment combined with low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate,14 d for a period of treatment,observed before and after treatment with the change of the clinical manifestations of it.Results:The treatment group total effectiveness 95.65%,and it was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Of low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate heart failure treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with satisfactory effect,it is a kind of ideal treatment. |
