胸腔镜肺大泡切除术27例的手术护理体会

目的:探讨胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术中的综合护理干预措施。方法:将我院2009年2月～2011年10月收治的54例采用胸腔镜行肺大泡切除手术的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者由护士实施手术室常规护理,实验组患者给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者手术中出血量、手术时间、术中并发症发生率和患者切口疼痛感。阑尾周围脓肿88例一期手术的体会:实验组患者经过我院综合护理干预,患者手术中出血量减少,手术时间缩短,术后切口疼痛感降低,与对照组患者比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对胸腔镜下行肺大泡切除手术的患者,需要手术室护士给予综合的有效的手术室护理干预,以保证手术的顺利进行,降低对患者的创伤。

Thoracoscopic Bullae Resection 27 Cases of Surgical Nursing

Objective:To evaluate thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae comprehensive care interventions.Methods:The hospital in February 2009-October 2011 treated 54 patients with thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary bullae were randomly divided into two groups,control group patients from the operating room routine care nurses to implement the experimental group were treated with integrated care intervention,compared two groups of patients with hand blood loss,operative time,intraoperative complications and the incidence of incisional pain patients.Results: The comprehensive care of patients through hospital intervention to reduce blood loss in patients with hand,surgical time,postoperative wound pain reduction compared with the control group patients,P<0.05,significant difference.Conclusion: Thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary bullae of patients,operating room nurses need to provide a comprehensive and effective operating room nursing intervention to ensure the smooth operation and reduce trauma to patients.
