舒适护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

目的:探讨舒适护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在住院期间的应用效果。方法:将68名住院的COPD患者随机分为对照组和实验组各34例;对照组采用传统的护理方法,实验组则采用全面、细致、有针对性的舒适护理方法。结果:舒适护理干预后治疗效果明显高于对照组,实验组患者治疗效果97%,对照组治疗效果85%;对护理服务质量满意度提高,实验组护理服务满意度100%,对照组82%。结论:将舒适护理干预应用于COPD患者,能增加患者的舒适和安全感,提高患者对治疗护理的依从性,提高治疗效果和护理服务质量的满意度。

Effect of Comfort Care for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To investigate effect of comfort care intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients during hospitalization.Methods:68 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 34 cases;control group using the traditional methods of care,the experimental group is a comprehensive,detailed,targeted comfort care.Results:After the intervention of comfort care,the treatment effect was significantly higher than 97% of the treatment effect in the experimental group patients,85% in the control group treatment;to improve the quality of nursing service satisfaction,the experimental group care service satisfaction 100%,82% of the control group.Conclusion:When comfort care intervention used in COPD patients,it may increase patient comfort and security,improve patient adherence to treatment and care,improve the quality of treatment and care services satisfaction.
