不孕症患者焦虑和抑郁现状调查分析及心理护理

目的:了解不孕症患者的焦虑和抑郁状况及影响因素,探讨不孕证患者的心理护理方法。方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表,抑郁自评量表对450例不孕症患者进行现况调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:不孕症存在明显的焦虑抑郁现象,且和多因素有关。结论:做好门诊不孕症患者的心理评估,结合心理学,护理学和生殖医学提供高质量的生殖保健服务是当务之急。

Investigation Analysis of the Present Situation of Anxiety and Depression of Infertile Patients and the Relevant Psychological Nursing

Objective:This paper is to learn the anxiety and depression situation of infertile patients as well as the influential factors,and to explore the psychological nursing methods.Methods:Adopt Zung selfrating anxiety scale and selfrating depression scale to investigate 450 cases of infertile patients and make statistical analysis of the results;Results:Infertility is characterized with obvious anxiety and depression,which has something to do with many factors;Conclusion:It is urgent to make psychological assessment of infertile patients at the outpatient service,and combing with psychology,nursing science and reproductive medicine,to provide highquality reproductive health care service.
