参松养心胶囊治疗心律失常58例疗效观察

目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效。方法:将58例室性早搏的患者随机分为参松养心胶囊加美托洛尔组(治疗组),美托洛尔组(对照组),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参松养心胶囊.每次4粒,每日3次,观察治疗前后临床症状和心律失常改善情况。结果:症状改善情况治疗组总有效率为86.2%,对照组总有效率为68.9%;治疗组24 h动态心电图(Holter)总有效率为86.7%,对照组24h动态心电图(Holter)总有效率为72.3%,比较两组病例,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔联合治疗心律失常疗效优于单用美托洛尔治疗。

Clinical Effect Observation of Shensongyangxin Capsule in the Treatment of 58 Cardiac Arrhythmias Cases

Objective:To observe the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with metropolis in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction effect.Methods:58 cases of ventricular premature beats patients were randomly divided into Shensongyangxin capsule combined with metropolis group(treatment group),metropolis group(control group),the treatment group was treated with routine treatment based on Shensongyangxin capsule.4 capsules each time,3 times daily,clinical symptom and arrhythmia improvement case.Results:The improvement of the symptoms treatment group total effectiveness is 86.2%,control group total effective rate was 68.9%;the treatment group of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the total efficiency of 86.7%,control group 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the total efficiency was 72.3%,comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with metropolis treating arrhythmia efficacy is superior to single application of metropolis in treatment.
