中药外敷涌泉穴治疗儿科疾病的临床疗效观察

目的:观察中药外敷涌泉穴治疗儿科疾病的临床疗效。方法:查阅若干文献,分析笔者三年来收治的小儿腮腺炎、小儿疳积及小儿夜啼病例,采用中药外敷涌泉穴法治疗,对中药外敷涌泉穴治疗儿科疾病的临床疗效进行观察。结果:治疗腮腺炎,58例病例均在2～4天内治愈,总有效率为100%。治疗疳积,治疗组61例和对照组58例,两组体重增加总数分别为91.8%和72.9%,经统计学处理后两者(P<0.01)有非常显著差异。治疗夜啼,36例病例中有22例痊愈,10例好转,总有效率为88.9%。结论:中药外敷涌泉穴治疗儿科类疾病是一种切实可行的方法,应引起临床的高度重视。

Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment of Pediatric Diseases in TCM Herbs Yongquan

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of pediatric diseases in TCM herbsYongquan.Methods:Access to a number of literature analysis the author three years admitted to pediatric mumps,infantile malnutrition and children Yeti cases,the use of TCM herbs Yongquan Treatment,and to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of pediatric diseases in TCM herbs Yongquan.Results:The treatment of mumps,58 cases were cured in 2 to 4 days,the total effective rate was 100%.Treatment of Malnutrition 58 cases,61 cases of the treatment group and control group,two groups of weight increase in the total number of respectively 91.8% and 72.9%,statistically both(P <0.01) has a very significant difference.Treatment of Yeti,the 36 cases,22 cases recovered,10 cases improved,with a total effective rate was 88.9%.Conclusion:TCM herbs Yongquan the treatment of pediatric diseases is a practical approach should lead to clinical attention.
