舒血宁注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕118例

目的:观察舒血宁注射液对椎-基底动脉供血不足导致眩晕的治疗效果。方法:210例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随即分为治疗组118例,对照组92例,分别应用舒血宁注射液20ml和川芎嗪注射液80mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或者生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,连续7天后,观察眩晕症状和TCD检查指标变化。结果:舒血宁注射液治疗组总有效率98.3%,川芎嗪对照组总有效率79.3%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足导致的眩晕疗效肯定。

118 Cases of Vertigo Caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia Treated by Top of Form Shuxuening Injection

Objective:To observe the treatment effectiveness after using Shuxuening Injection to treat vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia.Methods:210 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemia patients were randomly divided into two groups:118 cases in treatment group and 92 cases in control group.Shuxuening injection 20ml or ligustrazine injection 80mg used in 5% glucose injection or normal saline 250ml were used in two groups respectively.Observe the vertigo symptoms and the change of TCD examination after 7 consecutive days.Results:Shuxuening injection group,the total effective rate is 98.3%,ligustrazine control group,s total effective rate is 79.3%.The effectiveness of the treatment group is better than the effectiveness of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia has positive treatment response.
