急性脑血管病并发症的分析及护理对策

目的:寻找有效预防急性脑血管病并发症发生的科学护理方法。方法:回顾我院近年来救治的238例急性脑血管病患者的临床资料,根据疾病性质分为出血组93例,梗死组145例。分析其各并发症发生情况、治疗与护理方法及疗效。结果:两组患者经过治疗及相关护理,梗死组患者死亡12例,死亡率为8.28%,出血组患者死亡31例,死亡率为33.33%。结论:有效预防并发症的发生及其进展需要合理科学的护理辅助手段。

Analysis and Nursing Care on Complications of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective:To find the scientific nursing methods on prevention of complications of acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods:238 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease were analyzed retrospectively,and then divided into two groups according to the disease character.93 cases of cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage were hemorrhage group,145 cases of cerebral infarction were infarction group.And then analyzed the occurrence condition,the methods and efficacy of the treatment and the nursing care.Results:By the treatement and nursing care,12 cases of the infarction group died,the mortality rate was 8.28%,31 cases of the hemorrhage group died,the mortality rate was 33.33%.Conclusion:In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of the complication,we should develop the reasonable and scientific supplementary nursing care.
