儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折28例手术治疗

目的:评价儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折(桡骨小头未复位)的手术疗效。方法:对尺骨畸形进行截骨矫形,1\3弧形钢板固定;桡骨小头切开复位,肱桡关节短期克氏针固定。结果:本组28例,术后随访时间6月至2年,平均1.2年,手术疗效优21例(75%),良5例(18%),差2例(7%)。结论:对儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折(桡骨小头未复位)应积极手术,术后4周开始功能锻炼,可获得较好的疗效。

The Operation on The Radial Head Unreduced of The Old Monteggia Fracture in Children

Objective:To evaluate the effect of operation in children’s Monteggia fracture which radial head haven’t be reduced.Methods:To reshaping the malformation of ulna by intercepting bones.One third fixed by curve plate;Open reduction on the radial head;To fixed the joint between humeral bone and radial bone by Kirschner wire in a short term.Results: Follow up among 8 months to 2 years after operation in total 21 cases,at the average of 1 year and 2 months.There have excellent effect in 17 cases(82%),good effect in 2 cases(9%) and substandard effect in 2 cases(9%).Conclusion:We would take a positive attitude on the operation of the old Monteggia fracture in children which radial head unreduced.And there have gained excellent effect when functional exercise begins in 4 weeks after the operation.
