中医护理对老年膝骨关节炎患者生存质量的影响

目的:探讨中医护理对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者生存质量的影响。方法:将60例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,分别实施2周的干预,对照组为仅进行规范健康宣教组,实验组为在健康宣教基础上每天以穴位按摩加消炎膏外敷的中医特色护理方法对患膝进行康复治疗组;整理两组一般资料、干预前后的健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)资料,采用统计学方法分析8个测量维度的改善情况。结果:实验组完成2周疗程后生存质量总评分由(56.269±19.825)分提高至(68.726±17.334)分,生存质量明显改善(P<0.01),其中生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛有明显改善(P<0.01),其余4个维度也有所改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比除精神健康、情感角色、活力外均有改善。结论:中医护理对KOA有较好的临床疗效,不仅改善了躯体疼痛及功能活动的症状,而且可以改善患者的情绪、精力、日常生活能力等。

Traditional Chinese Medicine for Elderly Care Knees Arthritis Patients the Influence on the Quality of Survival

Objective:To investigate the impact of TCM management on life quality of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given conventional health education,while the treatment group was given extra TCM rehabilitation managements including professional massage and topical application of cream for anti-inflammation.After 2 weeks of intervention,data of the two groups including general data,SF-36 investigation results were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The survival score of experiment group increased from(56.269±19.825) to(68.726±17.334),showing significant improvement(P<0.01).Life quality scores of physical function,social function,physical role and physical pain all improved significantly(P<0.01).Except scores of mental health,emotional role,vitality,scores in other 4 dimensions all obviously improved comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation management shows great effects on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) by reliving pain,and improving patients’ emotion,vitality as well as abilities in activities of daily living.
