硝苯地平缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压病的临床观察

目的:观察硝苯地平缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将108例确诊的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。两组患者均在饮食、运动治疗基础上,加用双胍类与磺脲类口服降糖药联合控制血糖。对照组予以吲达帕胺2.5~5mg,每日1次。治疗组予以硝苯地平缓释片20 mg口服,20mg/次,2次/日。两组患者疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组总有效率92.59%,对照组总有效率77.78%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血糖、胰岛素抵抗、血压、尿素指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片能够有效控制2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压,并使糖尿病高血压患者的靶器官损害,提高临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Type II Diabetes Combined with Hypertension with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating type Ⅱ diabetes combined with hypertension with nifedipine sustained release tablets.Methods:Divide 108 confirmed cases of type II diabetes combined with hypertension randomly into treatment group and control group,each with 54 cases.Based on treatment with diets and exercises,patients of both groups were medicated to take oral hypoglycemic agents of glucophage and glibenclamide together to control blood sugar.The control group took 2.5~5mg indapamide,once a day,while the treatment group took 20 mg nifedipine sustained release tablets,20mg each time,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.59%,while that of the control group was 77.78%.The difference of the total effects of these two groups had statistic significance(P<0.01).The indicators of blood sugar,insulin resistance,blood pressure and urea of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine sustained release tablets could effectively control blood pressure of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes combined with hypertension and injure the target organs of diabetes patients with high blood pressure,which could increase the clinical efficacy and be promoted.
