免疫调节剂甘露聚糖肽干预尖锐湿疣的临床受益评价

目的:评价CO2激光联合甘露聚糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:开展前瞻性,开放性,平行随机对照试验方法。将入选的120病例,随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予CO2激光治疗并联合应用甘露聚糖肽胶囊(30mg/d),对照组60例则仅用CO2激光治疗。疗程1个月,比较两组的临床效果,复发情况及不良反应。结果:随访1年,其中治疗4周后治疗组完全缓解率(48.2%vs36.5%),总有效率(89.3%vs73.0%)高于对照组,另外治疗组3个月(6.1%vs11.5%),6个月(10.2%vs26.9%),12个月复发率(14.2%vs28.8%)均低于对照组。治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论:甘露聚糖肽可通过增加机体免疫,提高尖锐湿疣的治疗效果,减少尖锐湿疣的复发率。

Clinical Benefits Evaluation of Immunomodulator Mannatide in Intervention with Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:Evaluate the efficacy Mannatide in treatment with condyloma acuminatum to explore its the immune regulation with condyloma acuminatum.Methods:A parallel randomized controlled clinical study was conducted.The treatment group(n=60) were given Mannatide(60mg/d),and CO2-laser.The control group were just given CO2-lase alone.Results:After 1 year followup,complete remission(48.2%vs36.5%),total effect(89.3%vs73.0%) of treatment group were superior to the control group.Besides,the 3 months(6.1%vs11.5%),6 months(10.2%vs26.9%),12 months(14.2%vs28.8%)recurrence rate were lower than the control group.There is no obvious adverse effect in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Mannatide can improved the clinical effect and decrease the recurrence rate through enhance the body’s immune.
