| 摘 要： | 目的:分析纳洛酮对老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的治疗价值。方法:对本院收治的32例多发脑梗死性痴呆老年患者给予纳洛酮治疗,对比治疗前后患者的缺血情况、智力精神情况及日常生活能力,客观评估临床疗效。结果:治疗后患者ADL及HDS-R得分显著高于治疗前,Hachinski得分显著低于治疗前,P<0.01。结论:纳洛酮可有效改善老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的主要临床症状、精神状态及日常生活能力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the therapeutic value of naloxone for multiple infarct dementia in elderly.Methods:32 cases of patients with multiple infarct dementia in elderly were given naloxone for treatment in our hospital,compared ischemic conditions,intellectual spirit of the situation and activities of daily living before and after treatment of patients,objectively assessed the clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the ADL and HDS-R score was significantly higher than before treatment,Hachinski score was significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.01.Conclusion:Naloxone can effectively improve the main clinical symptoms mental state and daily living skills in elderly multiple infarct dementia. |
