腰椎间盘突出症合并腰神经根管狭窄的手术治疗体会

目的:通过对腰椎间盘突出症合并腰神经根管狭窄的手术治疗分析,讨论失败原因。方法:从2007年5月-2009年5月入住我院的198例腰椎间盘突出症中共有138例合并腰神经根管狭窄患者施行开窗髓核摘除,扩大神经根管,随访(1~2)年,进行回顾统计分析。结果:采用Arnoidi标准,优102例(73.9%),良26(18.8%)例,进步10例(7.3%),优良率92.7%。结论:手术前仔细询问患者病史和影像学检查来确认诊断,在手术中扩大神经根管和神经根孔是影响疗效的主要原因。

Surgical Treatment Experience of Lumbar Disc Protrusion with Lumbar Nerve Root Canal Stenosis

Objective:By lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined analysis of surgical treatment of lumbar nerve root canal stenosis to discuss the experience of failure analysis.Methods:198 cases admitted to our hospital from May 2007-May 2009 a total of 138 cases of lumbar disc herniation combined with prolapse of lumbar nerve root canal stenosis in patients with the purpose of fenestration discectomy,expansion of nerve root canal,follow-up(1～2) years,to review statistical analysis.Results:Arnoidi standard,excellent 102 cases(73.9%),good in 26 cases(18.8%),progress in 10 cases(7.3%),excellent rate of 92.7%.Conclusion:Before the surgery to ask the patient medical history and image check to confirm that diagnosis,Expand nerve root canal surgery and nerve root holes are major factors affecting curative effect
