护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的影响观察

目的:探讨护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择我院2009年1月～2011年12月期间收治的186例产妇,随机分为干预组和对照组各93例,两组患者均给予常规基础护理,干预组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者产后出血及睡眠情况。结果:干预组术后出血发生率为1.1%,显著低于对照组的5.4%;干预组产妇睡眠质量PSQI评分均优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在分娩过程中的各个阶段对产妇进行有效的综合护理干预,能够显著降低术后出血的发生率,改善产妇的睡眠质量,加快术后的恢复速度,值得临床推广。

Influence Observation of Nursing Intervention Maternal Postpartum Hemorrhage and Sleep Quality

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention maternal postpartum hemorrhage and the influence on the quality of sleep.Methods:186 were cases of expectant mothers,randomly divided into intervention group and the control group 93 examples,two groups of patients were given conventional basic nursing,intervention group based on this offer integrated nursing intervention,compared with two groups of patients postpartum hemorrhage and sleep.Results:Postoperative bleeding intervention group was 1.1%,much lower than 5.4% in control group;Intervention group mothers sleep quality PSQI scores are better than control group,the difference between groups are a statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:In the delivery process in each stage of lying-in woman for effective comprehensive nursing intervention to significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding,improve maternal sleep quality,and clinical promotion.
