| 摘 要： | 目的:比较胰岛素泵(CSII)与多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSII)控制围手术期糖尿病患者血糖的效果。方法:CSII组66例与MSII组68例患者进行应用前后的比较。结果:CSII组达血糖控制效果明显优于MSII组(P<0.01)。结论:CSII治疗糖尿病围手术期患者血糖控制更理想

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the blood glucose levels of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII) in treatment of type 2 diaketic patients during perioperation.Methods:The effects of CSII(66 patients) and MSII(68 patients) were compared between pro-and post-treatment.Results:In CSII group,the blood glucose levels was significantly better that of MSII group(P<0.01).Conclusion:CSII could control blood glucose better than MSII for type 2 diaketic patients during perioperation. |
