乌体林斯对支气管哮喘患儿免疫因子及治疗效果的影响观察

目的:观察探讨乌体林斯对支气管哮喘患儿免疫因子及治疗效果的影响。方法:76例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用乌体林斯治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率94.7%,对照组73.7%,两组疗效比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后缓解时间、白天、夜间发作次数、吸入沙丁胺醇量揿数比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后T细胞亚群Th1/Th2、血清细胞因子及血清免疫球蛋白中的IgG、IgM、IgA比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:乌体林斯治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,能有效刺激并增强机体的免疫功能,调节T细胞亚群中的Th1、Th2使其保持平衡状态,提高治愈率。

Observation on Bronchial Asthma and Immune Factors and Treatment Effect Observation

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Utilins on children with bronchial asthma and effect of immune factors and treatment.Methods: 76 cases of children with bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases each,while the control group adopted conventional treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment with Utilin s treatment were compared between the two groups,treatment effect.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency of 94.7%,73.7% in the control group,there were obvious differences in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05);two groups of remission after treatment time,day,night,the number of episodes of salbutamol inhalation amount of pressing number comparison has the obvious difference(P<0.05) the observation group T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment,serum cytokines and serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of infantile bronchial asthma treated with obvious curative effect,can effectively stimulate and enhance immune function,regulation of T cell subsets in Th1,Th2 make its balance state,improve the cure rate.
