| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑血栓的疗效及其对动脉斑块的影响。方法:156例脑血栓患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用阿司匹林等抗栓治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用他汀类药物治疗,比较两组的疗效及颈动脉斑块面积的改善。结果:治疗组的总有效率、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及颈动脉斑块面积的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合他汀类药物能显著改善脑血栓患者的颈动脉斑块面积,提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of aspirin and statins therapy on curative effect and carotid plaque.Methods:156 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the control group used aspirin antithrombotic therapy,the treatment group was given statins therapy on the basis of control group,the two grurps were compared with curative effect and the improvement of carotid plaque.Results:The total effective rate、improvement of neural function defect scale,daily living skills,carotid endarterectomy-middle thickness(IMT) and carotid plaques in the area in the treatment group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Aspirin and statins therapy can improve the area of carotid plaques and curative effect significantly in patients with cerebral thrombus. |
