试管法与戴安娜卡检测法在血型鉴定中的应用比较

目的:探讨试管法与戴安娜卡检测法在血型鉴定中的应用及检测效果。方法:将2010年6月~2010年9月送检的血标本,分别采用试管法与戴安娜卡检测法鉴定血型,比较两种方法鉴定的符合率及假阳性、假阴性结果发生情况。结果:404例待血型鉴定患者,试管法正定型符合率90.8%,假阳性和(或)假阴性率40.7%;反定型符合率88.9%,假阳性和(或)假阴性率49.6%;微柱凝胶法符合率97.0%,假阳性和(或)假阴性率13.2%。RH(D)定型结果两种方法符合率为100%。三种方法符合率经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微柱凝胶法检测假阳性率和(或)假阴性率低于试管法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:戴安娜卡检测法操作方便,灵敏度及特异性好,大大降低了人为错误的发生率,标本易于保存,辅以试管法补充检测。

Comparison of Application of Test Tube Method and Diana Card in Blood Typing

Objective:To study application and test result of the test tube method and Diana card of blood typing.Methods:Strains specimen of blood from June 2010 to September 2010,were used test tube method and Diana card identification method of blood typing,compare identification accuracy and false positive,false negatie result conditions of the two methods.Results:404 cases of patients with blood typing,positive definite form of test tube method was 90.8%,false positive and(or) false negative rate was 40.7%;The negative definite form of test tube method was 88.9%,false positive and(or) false negative rate was 49.6%;The gel column method was 97.0%,the false positive and(or) false negative rate was 13.2%.RH(D) to finalize the design results two kinds of method was 100%.Three methods after the statistics analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The column gel method to detect false-positive rate and(or) false negative rate lower than the test tube method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diana card method of convenient operation,sensitivity and specificity good,and greatly reduce the incidence of human error,the specimen is easy to save,and with the test tube method can get satisfactory effect added detection.
