| 摘 要： | 目的:观察联合应用依那普利与美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法:将106例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成观察组(依那普利联合美托洛尔组)和常规治疗组。结果:观察组的临床疗效优于对照组;观察组大部分患者的LVEF和SV均得到明显改善。结论:依那普利与美托洛尔联合治疗慢性心力衰竭可以改善心功能,逆转心肌重塑,值得临床进一步研究应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of combined application of enalapril and metoprolol to patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:106 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group(the combination of enalapril and metoprolol group and routine treatment group).Results:The clinical curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group.The LVEF and SV of most patients in observation group were significantly improved.Conclusion:The treatment of enalapril and metoprolol in the chronic heart failure can improve heart function,reverse myocardial remodeling,and it is worthy of further research and application. |
