| 摘 要： | CD44是黏附分子的一大类型,有CD44s和CD44v两种亚型,主要参与细胞-细胞、细胞-基质的黏附,而后者在恶性肿瘤浸润、转移中发挥重要作用。CD44v可能是增强肿瘤细胞的黏附与移出原位病灶的重要分子,在多种恶性肿瘤中可以检测CD44v6蛋白。有关子宫内膜癌研究中,多数研究均提示CD44v6蛋白在癌组织中出现率增高,并提示与内膜癌的浸润、转移和临床预后关系密切。现就CD44与子宫内膜癌生物学行为的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | CD44 belongs to the intracellular adhesion molecule family,with two subtypes CD44s and CD44v.CD44 is associated with cell-cell and cell-matrix adhesions,whereas cell-matrix adhesion is considered as an important step for the invasion and metastasis of many malignancies.Over-expression of CD44v6 has been detected in many malignant tumors.Some studies indicate that the positive rate of CD44v6 expression is higher in endometrial cancer tissues and CD44v6 may be involved in its invasion,metastasis,and clinical ... |
