| 摘 要： | 食管癌治疗方式的选择主要是根据其临床分期,现有的影像技术如计算机体层摄影、食管腔内超声、磁共振成像、正电子发射型计算机断层显像等为食管癌的临床分期提供强有力的参考,但因其自身的局限性未能获得100%准确的分期,合理的组合有可能提高准确度。三维重建、食管腔内超声引导下细针穿刺技术以及胸、腹腔镜技术的应用也为食管癌临床精确分期提供有益的补充。
