缺血性脑血管病血清NSE的表达及临床价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的表达及临床价值。方法采用电化学发光法,对40例急性脑梗死患者和30例短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清NSE含量进行检测,并检测30例健康正常人血清NSE含量为对照组,对结果进行对比分析。结果急性脑梗死组血清NSE浓度明显高于短暂性脑缺血发作组和对照组(P<0.05),短暂性脑缺血发作组血清NSE高于健康正常人血清NSE(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义。结论缺血性脑血管病患者血清NSE含量升高与脑神经细胞坏死密切相关,可以反映脑神经细胞缺血损伤程度;血清中NSE高表达有可能提示超早期脑梗死,而低表达可能是TIA,检测血清NSE可以在血清学上为鉴别超早期急性脑梗死及短暂性脑缺血发作提供一个有临床意义的指标,对指导临床用药有积极的意义。

The Expression and Clinical Significance of Neurone Specific Enolase in Patients with Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of NSE in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD).Methods The concentrations of serum NSE were detected in 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and 30 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay,while 30 healthy volunteers were set as control,the changes of NSE were analyzed.Results Levels of NSE in ACI were higher than those in TIA and the healthy volunteers(P<0.05),and the levels of NSE in TIA were higher than those of the controls(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the three groups.Conclusion The increasing of the serum NSE in the patients with ICVD was closely related to the neurological deficits and can be served as facility marker for evaluating cerebral ischemic injury.The high increase of NSE was able to suggest the ACI and the low increase was TIA,it was important to distinguish between ACI and TIA to measure the plasma levels of NSE,which may be helpful to instruct clinical therapy and judge the disease status.
