安徽基层医生对高血压防治知识的调查分析思考

目的调查安徽基层医生对高血压防治知识掌握情况,为基层医生慢性病防治适宜技术的培训及进一步加强慢病防治工作提供依据。方法 2011年4～5月间在合肥市接受培训的171名安徽省基层卫生院负责人及130名在芜湖接受培训的安徽基层部分一般医生培训时进行问卷调查。结果一般医生和卫生院负责人高血压诊断标准正确率分别为96.2%、83.4%,高血压药物分类正确率分别为46.4%、52.6%,是否服药后就诊回答正确率分别为45.1%、25.0%,阿司匹林使用情况分别为48.2%、53.6%,对基层高血压指南了解和熟悉分别为35.5%、10.0%;在提高我国高血压病防治关键措施中,被调查者认为增加经费为42.5%,大规模高血压知识培训占63.5%,提高基层待遇的为41.1%,建立高血压防治绩效考核制度的为23.1%。结论基层医务人员对高血压病防治的基础知识掌握仍有欠缺,在基层普及高血压防治适宜技术,规范培训十分必要。

A Questionnaire Survey on Knowledge about Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension among Physicians from Primary Hospitals

Objective To investigate the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hypertension among physicians from the district or community hospitals and provide evidence for the technical training of physicians and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 171 directors and 130 common doctors from primary hospitals in Anhui province from April 2011 to May 2011.Results There were 96.2% of ordinary doctors who selectd≥140/90 mm Hg as the diagnostic criterion of hypertesion,and 83.4% of presidents of center hospital had right answers;in the classification of hypertension drugs,the accuracy of ordinary doctors and presidents of center hospital were 46.4% and 52.6%;only 45.1% of ordinary doctors and 25.0% presidents of center hospital select need whether taking medicine when going to the outpatient service;Aspirin using were 48.2% and 53.6%;the understanding and knowing of the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension(basic) were 35.5% and 10.0%;The measures of 42.5% increasing funding,63.5% learning hypertension knowledge training scale,41.1% improving the salary and 23.1% establishing high blood pressure control of performance assessment system were considered to enhance the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Conclusion The community doctors are lack with the basic knowledge of the prevention and control of hypertension,so it is significant to popularize knowledge and technique of hypertesion prevention and treatment and standardize the training objects.
