胸腔镜下食管癌根治术的围手术期护理体会

目的探讨胸腔镜下食管癌根治术的围手术期护理。方法对2011年5月-2012年1月经胸腔镜下切除食管癌患者9例护理要点进行回顾性分析,总结胸腔镜下食管癌根治术的围手术期护理经验。结果通过周到细致的护理,均未发生护理并发症,无死亡病例。平均住院15 d,比传统开胸手术患者的术后住院时间明显缩短。结论加强胸腔镜下食管癌手术患者的护理,通过耐心细致的心理护理;术前加强营养;改善全身营养状况;加强术前的健康教育。术后做好生命体征的监测;密切观察胸腔引流管、胃肠减压管的情况;并做好胸腔引流管、胃肠减压管以及鼻肠营养管的护理;做好呼吸道的护理;指导患者正确的术后饮食和活动;并有针对性地对可能出现的并发症进行监护。对患者术后康复是至关重要的。

Perioperative Nursing Management of Patients Undergoing Radical Resection for Esophageal Cancer with Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing management of patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Methods From Mar.2011 to Jan.2012,9 patients underwent resection of esophageal cancer with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,the nursing care of those patients was retrospectively analyzed.Results There were no nursing complications and deaths.The average hospital stay of those patients was 15 days.And postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter than traditional thoracotomy operation.Conclusion The professional perioperative nursing management,including psychological nursing,preoperative nutrition to improve the general nutritional status,strengthening the preoperative health education and postoperative observation of life sign,close observation of thoracic drainage tube and gastrointestinal decompression tube,good nursing care of thoracic cavity drainage tube,gastrointestinal decompression tube,nasal enteral nutrition tube and respiratory tract of patients,guiding the correct postoperative diet and activity,and targeted care for possible complications are crucial to the postoperative recovery of those patients.
